While the overclocked score is the slowest tested, the stock performance is actually very good - second only to the DDR2 780G Asus board, the MSI is faster than all other 785G motherboards here.
Handbrake H.264 Encoding
Website: HandBrake
Our test uses HandBrake - an open-source, GPL-licensed, multiplatform, multithreaded video transcoder, available for MacOS X, Linux and Windows - to encode a high resolution MPEG-2 video using the H.264 codec. This primarily tests multi-threaded CPU and memory subsystem performance.

Again, we see a consistently fast performance from the MSI as it leads the pack of 785G motherboards, behind only the Asus 780G DDR2 board like above. The overclocked result is again,
much slower though.

Multitasking performance is again, table topping and surprisingly even the overclocking performance is very good, despite the lack of stable extra core unlocking and that much extra frequency.
